First, I had to incorporate carbs, which I had just about sworn off. Then when I got into my 2nd semester, it was like a light switch and I was hungry all the time. It was a welcome change from the nausea of the 1st, but was still scary. It has tapered off in the 3rd. A lot of the carbs don't sit well with my pouch so I stick with the ones that work- tortillas, ww pasta (most times).
